                  兩個名師工作室老師進行座談
                  
3月22日下午，為充分發揮名師工作室引領作用，鄭州18中名師工作室在主持人沈永民老師的帶領下，來到鄭州31中和薄夫寶名師工作室進行交流，并且就高二數學“復數的幾何意義”開展了同課異構活動。
                  

                  
　　第一節是由來自鄭州18中的周陽老師上課，重在引導激發學生多層次思考，從而理解并掌握復數的幾何意義，通過例題，一題多變，來引導學生運用并掌握知識點，強調學生一定要細節。第二節是來自鄭州31中的張斌老師上課，重在引導學生結合課本，吃透“三個一一對應關系”，讓學生自己發現并提出問題，從而深入理解并掌握本節課重點內容。兩位老師風格迥異，從不同方面展示了自己的課堂，通過不同的教學方法讓學生深刻了解并掌握了本節課的重點。
                  

                  
　　兩節課后，雙方教師在名師工作室進行評課議課活動，分別就兩位老師的課堂設計、學生反應、教學思路等方面進行了深入交流和分析，大家暢所欲言、各抒已見，并且對兩位老師提出了非常中肯的意見和建議。兩位老師也表示通過大家的評課議課收獲頗多，在以后的課堂教學中一定會揚長避短，不斷反思自己。
                  

                  
　　通過雙方教師們的交流和研討，大家都獲益匪淺。大家表示，將進一步在不同的學科、不同的方向中多角度、多層次進行友好交流，為老師們的專業成長搭建更專業的平臺。
